Work with us
For experienced advisers who want to keep their clients and their independence, and for advisers approaching retirement who want their life’s work looked after properly.
For experienced advisers who want to keep their clients and their independence, and for advisers approaching retirement who want their life’s work looked after properly.
A split that stands comparison with anyone, with no minimum and no tiering to work through first. We cover FCA fees, PI cover and every piece of software.
Not absorbed, not reassigned, not handed to a client relationship team. The relationship you built stays yours.
Not an integration manager, not a regional director, not a portal. If you need a decision, you ring Lee and get one.
Our split is competitive and it is simple. There is no minimum, no tiering and no threshold to cross before the rate improves, the rate you start on is the rate you stay on. We will tell you the exact figures in the first conversation rather than making you dig for them.
We cover the costs of being an adviser, FCA fees, professional indemnity cover and every piece of software you need. No monthly charge, no desk fee, nothing deducted before your split.
Paraplanning and administration, so you are not writing suitability reports at nine at night. Modern report-writing software that cuts adviser admin time significantly. Compliance support from us directly, with people who know your name. And a Centralised Investment Proposition with the due diligence already done.
Selling to a consolidator gets you a number. It also means your clients are absorbed into someone else’s servicing model and reassigned to an adviser they have never met. If you have spent twenty or thirty years telling people you will look after them, that is a difficult last act.
A competitive multiple of your recurring income, agreed at the outset. Paid from the income stream rather than in instalments you have to chase, once we take on servicing your clients, the revenue they generate pays you back at an agreed split. When the agreed amount is reached, the split stops. Typically three to five years.
It gives everyone the same interest. The money only flows if the clients stay, and the clients only stay if they are properly looked after. Being straight about the trade-off: payment comes from the income stream, so it is neither guaranteed nor immediate. A consolidator will offer you certainty sooner. We are offering a better outcome for your clients and, over the full term, generally a better one for you.
We advise on the range of products and platforms under our Centralised Investment Proposition and do not examine the whole of the market. If independent status is essential to how you work, we are not the right fit.
We do not advise on DB transfers or pension opt-outs. We have relationships with firms who do, and we refer those cases on.
If you are looking for a firm to fill your diary, that is not us. If you have your own clients and want to be properly supported looking after them, that is exactly us.
Than found out in month three. Everything above is stated plainly for that reason.
